Delete your Duout account

You can delete your Duout account and your waitlist details. Duout is coming soon to iPhone, so right now most people have waitlist details rather than an account. This page explains both.

Delete your account in the app

Duout isn't available to download yet, so there's no app account to delete today. When the app launches, this section will give the step-by-step instructions for deleting your account from inside the app, and how to request deletion if you no longer have the app.

Remove your waitlist details

If you've joined the waitlist and would like your details removed, you can ask us to delete them at any time. See our Support page for how to get in touch. You can also opt out of launch updates at any time.

What gets deleted

When you ask us to delete your waitlist details, the request covers the details you gave us when you signed up: your mobile number or email, your city, your optional gender answer, and the record of your sign-up. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

How long it takes

How long deletion takes, and anything we're required by law to keep for longer, will be set out here before the app launches.
